I'll add the counterpoint that Arturia does do that, which is pretty cool. Even with NI's first party plugins, if you have say, Komplete 13 and then buy a few of the new plugins released between K13 and K14, I don't think you get any better pricing on K14 when it is released than someone who just had K13. So to say that nobody else in the industry does this is false. Was wondering if buying the Native bundles entitled me to the UAD/DSP versions should I decide to buy some Apollo hardware in the future, and I see that it does.Īlso, I'll just say that I have seen plenty of 3rd party NKS bundles sold on Native Instrument's site that do not offer discounts for people who already own part of the bundles.
